In this paper, a safety remote control system based on the high alphabet modulation is proposed. Compared with the traditional PCM-PSK-FM telemetry system, this system has superior virtual instruction rate, missed instruction rate, and real-time performance, and the large instruction set also makes the system has excellent confidentiality performance, so the system can better meet the current complex security environment. In addition, we also performed performance analysis and comparison of the proposed high alphabet system. Finally, the system was designed and realized by Altera FPGA, and the experimental results show that the design has certain feasibility.
