摘要

Energy auditing has been conducted in the Srinavasa Ramanujan Centre, SASTRA University to estimate the Energy consumed in a daily basics. Any organisation in the world that should adapt to the upcoming technology has to minimize the outcomes of power consumption. This paper explains details regarding the power consumption of various electrical devices equipped in the campus and energy consumption by those devices for a month are analyzed. Along with this energy conservation techniques are enclosed and corresponding payback time is calculated including the salvage value of the devices. Some basic ECON techniques are advised to followed by the institution which are technically and economically more feasible with least risk feasibility. Many details regarding the ECON devices are encrypted in this paper. Here finds the solution of the problem existing day today life, (i.e) `energy auditing' that helps to balance the demand of day today life and used to promote the determination of electric energy supply in an efficient manner.
