摘要

The objective of study in this paper concentrated upon Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) based Narrow Band Power Line Communication (NB-PLC) in low voltage distribution system near the consumer end which require low signaling bit rate. Digital signal processing technique is also incorporated along with the analog system to design the modem. Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) is used because of its re-configurability to design the modem so as to provide safeguard to the communication system from unethical hackers. In this paper a CPLD based modem is designed implementing Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) modulation scheme.
