Personal Area Network is dynamic network to provide cooperative communication. To reduce the communication drop and to improve the reliability of data transmission it is required to take the early decision for next hop selection. In this work, a controlled communication model is presented using improved MAC protocol. The proposed MAC protocol provided the effective election of cooperative node based constraint analysis. These constraints include load, position and response time analysis. Based on the load analysis, the contention window size optimization is also identified and applied. Simulation of work is done in NS2 environment. The comparative results are obtained on multiple scenarios and the results shows that the work has optimized the communication throughput and reduced the communication loss.
