This paper introduces the technical requirements and the technical scheme of the skid-mounted live well workover rig hydraulic system. The hydraulic control system principle diagram is given, including the pump station, control valve group 1, control valve group 2 and control valve group 3. The paper illustrates the control process, discusses the solving methods of the hydraulic cylinder interlock and the explosion-proof proportional variable pump.
