摘要

The UV curing behavior of the adhesive material is manufactured using a UV polymerization process. It was able to verify that it varies greatly depending on the size and content of the diluent. When using a small molecular weight diluent, reaction is delayed and the change in the reaction rate is largest. Changes in these delay reactions have a linear relationship in proportion to the methacrylate structure from the whole structure. Shrinkage phenomenon is similar to the general UV curing behavior. By the relationship of the UV curing behavior and shrinkage, it is possible to the role of complementary between each other.
