Lines of development of methods and means of time scale synchronization are being investigated within the framework of the Russian global satellite navigation system (GNSS) GLONASS enhancement with regard to increase of navigation accuracy, availability and reliability requirements to the navigation. Much attention is given to implementation of intersatellite link (ISL) and use of intersatellite navigation-link technologies.
