This paper expounds the selection of piezoelectric materials, the piezoelectric characteristics of double chip, discusses the spiral of piezoelectric vibrator used piezoelectric vibration feeder, and the vibration model of piezoelectric vibrator. Spiral vibration model of piezoelectric vibration feeder is established, through the force of the material on the tray were analyzed, and concluded that the frequency of the feeder expression. Through prototype testing, its resonant frequency is 224.609 Hz, and the characteristics of frequency and conveying speed is obtained by experiment curve. The experimental results showed that: when the voltage is 200 V, when the frequency is about 220 Hz, at the rate of 83/30 s conveying material. Between the frequency of 160 Hz and 280 Hz, the system has the ability of conveying material, under the condition of resonance (224.609 Hz) fastest delivery.
