Characteristics of Resident Trips and Countermeasures of Transport Development in Nanchang, China

摘要

Based on the analysis about the indexes of trip time, trip distance and trip times, trips mode, trip purpose with the survey data of Nanchang city and other cities in China, the patterns and characteristics and causes of resident travels are summarized in this paper. The transport development policies are also suggested based on the resident travel characteristics such as development trend.
