In order to solve the shortcoming of travel cost exact evaluation for passengers with the traditional model of Wardrop's, with fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral theory, forecasting the passenger's generalized cost of different travel distance an different income levels in transport corridor, the passenger optimization model of traffic sharing rates was set up which based on fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral theory. According the analyzed data of Harbin-Shenyang corridor, simulation result shows that the average error of computation values is 6.69%, but the traditional model of Wardrop's is 13.26%, which indicates the model can reflect well the subjective behavior of the passenger in transport corridor and indicate effectively.
