In this paper, a traffic accident which occupants were thrown out of vehicle was reconstructed using PC-Crash software. Also the impact speed of accident vehicle was solved. Then the accident vehicle models, occupant models and seat belt models were developed utilizing MADYMO software. The dynamic response of occupants wearing seat belt and without wearing seat belt were analyzed respectively, and the injury parameters were outputted. The results indicate that if occupants wear seat belts, their injuries can be reduced effectively, and avoid vital injuries.
