PEST ANALYSIS OF TRAFFIC PECCANCY FORENSICS SERVICE IN CHINA

摘要

Traffic peccancy forensics involves multiple fields such as policy. economy, society, technology and so on, which make it a complicated issue. How to obtain the evidences and enforce the law quickly and correctly while protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens are always the problems which relevant departments are facing. In this paper, the traffic peccancy forensics is categorized into different modes according to the methods for obtaining evidences from domestic and abroad case studies, namely by policemen or by non-police men. Afterwards, a traffic peccancy forensics service mode which setting up professional companies to assist the police obtaining evidences under their authorization in China is presented. and its related issues such as how to operate this mode are discussed. Finally, the feasibility of this service mode is analyzed deeply by PEST analysis from the view of policy, economy, society and technology. It is concluded that the local governments can consult this traffic peccancy forensics service mode for traffic peccancy forensics on the base of their local conditions.
