IT business developers in the recent decades have been focusing on information technology, and the tourism sector is not excluded from this subject. Training and development in organizations have come to be seen as a normal cost of doing business in order for companies to maintain their productivity and to stay competitive in the marketplace. Virtual team commitment is the most influential factor in the justification of organizational performance and success. Some related studies on e-tourism performance, and e-training and development conditions have been made. However, useful recommendations for virtual team job performance enhancement in e-tourism organizations with direct role of virtual team training and development, and the effects of virtual team organizational commitment in this relationship have not been recognized as well. Hence, this paper will focus on the relationship between E-training in virtual team and IT project performance with the mediation role of the organizational commitment in the E-Tourism category. The main goal is in finding useful recommendations in improving the virtual team job performance in virtual IT organizations by improving the Etraining and development, and the virtual team's organizational commitment in E-tourism. The reason for this study is based on the need for change in most industries and organizations, involving both the traditional and virtual teams, in creating the necessity for newly planned development to follow the direction of the external and internal work environment. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the support for employee participation in training programs increases the perception of accessibility to training programs among the employees, and organizational commitment is an extremely important factor which affects the productivity and efficiency of an employee at a workplace.
