In this paper, in order to discuss the influence on the greenhouse gas CO2 produced by cellulose ethyl alcohol in atmosphere, the Tianjin energy consumption condition reported by Tianjin Statistics bureau is the data foundation, and through the research on CO2 produced by the gasoline and by the cellulose ethyl alcohol, through the mathematical model calculation we draw the following conclusion: Biological energy cellulose ethyl alcohol still produces massive CO2, and the quantity is 1.602×109 kg/d, if the vegetation will not be degenerated, and the industrial development is stable, the substitution of cellulose ethyl alcohol to gasoline may reduce the present accumulation of CO2 in air and the quantity is 2.86×108 kg/d. Replacing the complete energy by the cellulose ethyl alcohol may reduce the CO2 emissions by gasoline, the quantity is 2.064×109 kg/d, so it may slow down the greenhouse effect obviously to the global climate influence.
