This paper presents an appropriate control system for energy management in a distributed wind-photovoltaic production system with storage unit of flywheel and fuel cell. First, the dynamic modeling of the system components is properly carried out and then the proposed control system which is based on fuzzy method, is presented. This proposed strategy is compared with the classic controller. The degree of resistance of the proposed strategy against load variations and parametric variations due to the nature of wind energy and environmental conditions is evaluated, and it is simulated in the MATLAB software and relevant results have been analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the proposed control system would be more suitable for load variations. The research of this system has been implemented under various conditions and research has been conducted using real weather data.
