Intelligent Classification of Women Working in ICT based Education

摘要

Women segment considering the family need and passion towards work equally entered into all profession. Women members have multifaceted commitments. She has to take care of her family as well as official works without any hindrance, which lead to stress. Now-a-days, society expectation from education sector is keeping on increasing. Hence, teachers have to put more effort to develop new skills and knowledge for student’s growth. This often results in over whelming burdens and challenges for the faculty, which subsequently leads to struggle and stress. The aim of this research is to study the causes of stress among the women faculty membersworking in select arts and science colleges in Coimbatore district. The result of study disclosed that favouritismand discrimination, unexpected class adjustments etc. lead to stress
