A strategy towards stochastic packet dropout of networked control system is proposed in this paper. A reconfigured linear parameter-varying model of networked control system is established on the basis of some preliminaries and assumptions. A stochastic process of packet dropout in both the forward and feedback paths is modeled as a Bernoulli distribution sequence. An explicit model predictive controller with consideration of the worst case is employed in dealing with such a linear parameter-varying system. Finally, we present a Simulink numeric simulation and demonstrate both the stability and robustness of proposed control strategy in order to prove the feasibility and stability of proposed method.
