Quality Myths and Truths: A Longitudinal Study

摘要

This paper presents a simple methodology to gauge the base quality knowledge of a group of individuals preparing to enter the workforce through the results of a longitudinal study of the "Crosby Quiz" given to college students. Preliminary findings are presented that examine the extent of the awareness and knowledge of basic quality concepts in college-age students.
