1. Like many large manufacturing companies, reducing & eliminating ergonomics risks is one of the areas of focus on the 737 program in the Boeing Company; 2. The Industrial Engineering team partnered with the Ergonomists on the program to develop a comprehensive process that allows the team to proactively identify and mitigate ergonomics risks before they occur; 3. Integrating industry standard ergonomics evaluation process into the Industrial Engineering Work Methods Analysis (WMA) Process.
