Neocortical Virtual Robot

The NCS (NeoCortical Simulator) is a neural network simulator capable of simulating small brains in real time. The NeoCortival Virtual Robot framework allows researchers to build virtual worlds that NCS simulated brains are able to interact with. This is done by supplying scientists with a domain-specific language for interaction, as well as abstractions for environment creation.
