Advances of VCSEL photonics

摘要

Recent advances in VCSEL photonics will be reviewed. This paper explores challenges for new functions of VCSELs, including athermal and tunable VCSELs. The monolithic integration of VCSEL with slow-light devices and giant beam-steering are also addressed.
