摘要

Many industrial systems fail every year simply because a risk has been poorly assessed, ignored, or worse, unidentified. The prevention of the risks in several industrial domains is performed by using preventive maintenance to ensure safety and availability. For this purpose, we propose this contribution to investigate the integration of the Preventive Maintenance Planning (PMP) and Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). The VRP aims to determine the optimal trajectories of a group of automated vehicles or robots at minimal cost that is used in preventive maintenance patrols. The Petri net is used as a modeling tool to compute and describe the trajectories of the mobile agents.
