This paper mainly focus on realizing ZVS soft switching of dual active bridge isolated converters (DAB) using single phase shift control strategy. Firstly, an exact theoretical analysis and mathematical mode of single phase shift (SPS) is built and simulated. Then according to the working principle of SPS, the process of ZVS switching in dead-time mode can be built. Through detailed analysis, it can obtain conditions of ZVS soft switching. The simulation result verify the ZVS soft switching can be realized when the conditions fulfilled. Finally, a simple experiment bench is set up to validate the theoretical analysis.
