Supercapacitors are electrochemical energy storage devices with high specific power [1]. Their capacitance is realized due to the adsorption/desorption of ions in nanopores of the electrode material (e.g., activated carbons, carbon nanotubes, carbon aerogels, etc.). Electrolyte as a source of ions may be aqueous, nonaqueous solution as well as ionic liquid. First of them is more preferable because water-based electrolyte, despite of lower operating voltage compared with nonaqueous organic one, is low-cost, environmental friendly and fire-safe [2].
