The Establish of Evaluation Index System for Equipment Personnel Effectiveness in High Altitude Area

The plateau environments make a great impact on soldier's physiological, biochemical, physical, and other personnel factors, which affect the soldier's battle effectiveness. In this paper, the soldier's SaO2, heart rate, physical endurance explosive force are analyzed in plateau and plain area. The test plan is designed for soldier's comprehensive ability based on ergonomics, and then the effects of plateau on the staff's operational efficiency are studied. Finally, the index evaluation system is established; it provides the basis for the evaluation of equipment personnel changes in plateau combat.
