摘要

Due to rising energy consumption and natural resource prices, the demand of improving energy efficiency has been highlighted. Even though many researchers have contribute to the development of technology, energy efficiency of heavy machinery is still low. To increase energy efficiency in construction machinery, it is necessary to apply hybrid system and recover wasting energy. For this reason, this paper focuses on energy recuperation system for swing motion in electro-hydraulic excavator. New structures with accumulator and reusing valve are added from conventional system in order to save wasting energy and reuse saved energy. To run similar swing motion, joystick signal is set respectively. As a result, input energy can be compared to each system. The proposed system has been designed by using AMESim software and compared with the conventional one through simulation results.
