Research on the cracking of the thick steel plate in the bending process

摘要

The cracking phenomenon in the process of thick steel plate bending is studied. The influence of metal fiber direction during bending process is analyzed. Combined with Deform-3D, the effect of temperature on the bending process is discussed, the blue brittleness phenomenon of 15 steel is verified and it's blue brittleness temperature is 150-300 °C. The effect of the radius of the folding machete in the bend process is also studied.
