Low impact docking mechanism (LIDM) docking performance test-bed ('performance test-bed' for short), which mainly provides the test conditions for ground test (such as docking, maintenance and separation), is used for ground docking performance test of LIDM applied for Lunar Exploration Program. The accuracy of the six-dimension force sensor has a great impact on the test performance of the performance test-bed. In this paper, for in-Situ calibration of the six-dimension force sensor, the principle of force calibration is analyzed firstly; secondly, taking the calibration of Y force as an example, a calibration loading device is designed, and the main supporting parts of the device are analyzed by Pro/Mechanica software; finally, the force calibration device is verified through experimental research, and the performance of the six-dimension force sensor is also investigated.
