摘要

In this paper, through the analysis of side wear characteristics of the machine sliding guides, the wear behaviour of machine tool slide guides under dry friction was studied through pin-on-disc wear tests with orthogonal experiment. The typical loading and velocity under the working condition of sliding guides were taken as the experimental variables. According to the form of the Archard wear model and the experimental results which were treated with multiple regression analysis, the corresponding regression equation about the the wear volume and the wear constant value could be get. Considering the actual motion state of sliding guides when machining the workpieces, we got the machine slide guides attenuation model via deduction of the formulas.
