A wide range of unit load changes will cause changes in the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object greatly for boiler-turbine system. The paper proposed a predictive control algorithm based on integrated weighted output of multi-model for boiler-turbine system. The algorithm built some local linear models at different stable operating points, and model predictive controller for each point was established. Integrated weight of each controller output was calculated using fuzzy weights and recursive Bayesian probability weights to get the control quantities of object. This method ensures that the machine coordinate system has the optimal control quality in all operating conditions. Simulation results show that the proposed nonlinear predictive controller has good control quality and can adapt to changes in the parameters of controlled object. The method has satisfied load tracking performance in all conditions.
