Opening the era of competition between the very large logistics companies, and domestic logistics industry has seen many changes. It also has the competitiveness and technical know-how is second comparison of global logistics companies in the world and consists of the large-scale M & A activities between logistics companies, logistics companies larger. However, the reality is that the logistics of such a change being made in the domestic and overseas expansion and the size of the domestic logistics companies are extremely minor. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation and the overseas expansion of the domestic logistics companies to offer the region through new global consumer market changes and future outlook of the Chinese market, the domestic logistics companies that can grow into a global logistics company aimed at domestic enterprises strategies and a network of global logistics companies to derive the comparative analysis the strategies, critical success factors.
