Constructing an open college physical experiment management system based on Browse/Server architecture has a lot of function such as experiment preparation, experiment booking, score managing and mutual communing between teachers and students, as well as improving the students' independency and the ability of select during the process of studying experiment. It has a promoted effect to the information standardization of the experimental management. And it can effectively improve the utilization efficiency and quality of the lab. So opening lab is the main form of implementing the open experiment teaching mode, and networked experiment teaching platform is the foundation of the opening experiment teaching.
