Adopting high-power light-emitting diode (LED) as excitation light source, the study designed a rapid detection system for fluorescence parameters based on MINIPAM. The system uses a microcomputer as the core of the programmable power supply to provide constant current drive of the LED array, and the LED array as a fluorescence excitation light source produces light photochemical system needed. It also uses MINIPAM to detect the fluorescence, analyzing the fluorescence parameters of the mathematical model, studying the plant photosystem Ⅱ light response curve. The System is of great significance in the evaluation of chlorophyll photosynthesis ability and the plant physiological stress response and the appropriate mechanism.
