The real-time temperature measuring system for the jointless rail

A kind of' the real-time temperature monitoringsystem is developed to safeguard the safety of the jointless rail.The design of hardware and software of the system isintroduced. The temperature data collected from sensors of thedepartment of the system is sent to the central department byGSM modules in the way of SMS. GSM module of the centraldepartment receive the data and transfer to PC through thePCI multi-serial-port card. The graphical programmingsoftware LabVIEW is used for data decoded, processing,storage, display in PC If the temperature is out of limits, thesoftware will send SMS or call people related for monitoringand alarm the temperature of the jointless rail.
