摘要

The bioink showed good bioprintability which could also be supplemented with decellularized ECM components. The self-assembly property of SF provided inherent crosslinking between gelatin and dECM components. High water retention capacity of the printed constructs helped keeping the wound-bed moist. High wound healing rate achieved by the printed grafts suggests bioactivity of the materials helping in cell recruitment and migration. The printability of the biocompatible bioink without any crosslinking agent post-printing could also favor its plausible application for in situ printing directly on the cutaneous wounds. The results obtained shows a highly promising approach for generating biocompatible and biodegradable constructs for treatment of full-thickness burn wounds.
