In summary, we have developed a dynamic hydrogel system using thiol-norbonene chemistry and riboflavin/visible light based in situ stiffening. Compared to other water soluble, visible light initiators (e.g., lithium acylphosphinate or LAP), riboflavin is naturally occurring, has higher molar absorbability at 400-500 nm-..The use of______ di-tyrosine crosslinking to stiffen_cell-laden hydrogels and does not produce heterogeneous crosslinks- and The the degree of stiffening could be readily controlled by adjusting tight intensity or tyrosine concentration.
