In this paper, we mainly discuss the stability analysis problem based on frequency response of integrated operational amplifier in linear low-pass filter circuit. By introducing the concept of "virtual short" and "virtual open" principle, the effect of the negative feedback closed-loop gain for the integrated operational amplifier circuit was addressed. Furthermore, the amplitude frequency and phase frequency response which can be regarded as the main performance index of the integrated operational amplifier circuit was expressed. By adjusting the parameters, the proposed method can improve the amplitude frequency and phase frequency characteristics to solve the stability problems of the integrated operational amplifier circuit. In the case of guaranteed gain performance, this method shows that the integrated operational amplifier amplitude frequency and phase frequency characteristics are significantly improved, and enhance the stability of the integrated operational amplifier circuit. Finally, the linear low-pass filter circuit of the integrated operational amplifier is simulated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed analysis method.
