Some Initial Application Researches From CNT's Thin Film and Carbon Material

As the VME and the CNT's have been progressing at a rapid rate in recent years, and the demand on CNT's film from vacuum or non vacuum devices is stronger and stronger, it has promoted many new way to improve some traditional devices or to develop some new devices. We want to seize some opportunities, so some works have been done in the past ten years.
