GLONASS navigation message format for flexible row structure

摘要

The currently used GNSS navigation messages (NM) arerigidly fixed structures consisting of frames, subframesand words. These structures are very conservative. Thepossibility to transfer changed/additional informationwithin them is limited by the presence of pre-allocatedreserved bits.The paper proposes the idea of a new flexible navigationmessage format to be used within currently beingdeveloped GLONASS CDMA signals. The format allowsto easily upgrade NM if required.
