摘要

the environmental monitoring data of air-quality, acidrain, water and city noise is the mainly information ofenvironmental monitoring. Based on WebGIS platform, to collectthe public data and manage them reasonably can greatly supportthe environmental information publicity. In this paper, thesystem is based on B/S structure, and developed under PHPcombining with MapServer platform and JavaScript library forGIS. MapServer is an Open Source platform for publishingspatial data and interactive mapping applications to the web.Some JavaScript library for GIS can greatly support theinteraction in WebGIS. The back-end database is adoptedPostGIS to store and manage. All GIS and web framework in thissystem is based on MapServer and other open source GISsoftware.
