The interest in complex systems where several individuals are interacting in a nonlinear manner has seen a remarkable increase in recent years. One of such systems is traffic system with the high number of elements and the complex interactions among them. To model complex road traffic interactions, a number and/or combination of techniques (microscopic, macroscopic, mesoscopic etc.) is required. The paper describes a microscopic modeling and simulation of a multimodal urban traffic systems (Case Study City of Zagreb, Zvonimirova road). This plays an important role in real world decision making process, allowing different scenarios to be applied in a simulation model and best solution to be selected for implementation.
