This paper presents a geometrically based model for radio propagation channels. In this model we take the height of the base station (BS) into account and assume that the scatterers lie within the two circular regions around the BS and mobile station (MS), respectively. This model also assumes that the multipath components of the propagating signal undergo only one bounce traveling form the transmitter to the receiver. The joint Time Of Arrival (TOA)/Angle Of Arrival (AOA), marginal TOA and marginal AOA probability density function (PDF) of the multipath components are derived in this paper.
