System of interaction of university of innovative type with the nongovernmental and private organizations in formation of the region innovative system

摘要

The paper considers major results and future trends of the university activity aimed at developing scientific and applied fields of power engineering and ecology. It also presents results of effective application of non-equilibrium plasma high-frequency torch discharge for industrial waste processing.
