Influence of aging factors - or in other words, age of the photovoltaic panels - on the electric current-voltage characteristics, the power generation efficiency and position of the operating points were experimentally investigated. For the measurements artificial light sources (so-called sun simulator device) and self-developed semi-automatic data recorder system were used. Data were plotted by in-house developed MatLab routines and results were analyzed as well.
