Research on Innovation of the Structure of Social Enterprise Governance -- A Case Study on CAN YOU Group

It is important to research on social enterprise that do not deviate the goal of commonweal under the pressure of market. CAN YOU Group has continuously brought forth new ideas and explored a integrated and developed path of two chains between enterprise and commonweal, and formed a mode of social enterprise group which has been consisted of the foundations, commonweal institutions and science and technology and welfare enterprises. The formation of model depends on the following factors: the desire of founder, realization of social welfare goal and a recipient of individual donations. In the model, the foundation plays a decision part, the goal of the welfare enterprises is to profit by commercial service, and institutions of commonweal provide public service to disabled employees. This pattern realizes an internal virtuous cycle and keeps an open structure to external surroundings.
