摘要

The airborne hydraulic system is a multi-pump combined oil supply system with pressure monitoring and cut-off functions used for each pump. It means that discharge pressure of the pump must be set as a value matched to the aircraft load and high requirements on the pressure accuracy regulation of each pump. If pressure continuous regulation electrohydraulic proportional axial piston pumps are used, a pressure equalization network for multi-pump system can be built to solve this problem. In this paper, the mathematical model of pressure continuous regulation electrohydraulic proportional axial piston pump is built and ring coupling control method is introduced into the pressure control of pumps. The simulation results show that the setting discharge pressure of the pump can be recovered with pressure channel disturbed at 0.3s and different channel parameters. The consistency of the discharge pressure of each channel is ensured.
