In the tweezers based on the hydrophobic nonparallel plate structure, the droplet can be controlled to move up and down by changing the distance between the two plates of the tweezers and the angle between the tweezers plate and the vertical direction, so that the liquid can be captured from the hydrophobic substrate and then release. In this paper, a micro-droplet transfer forceps based on a hydrophobic nonparallel plate structure is produced, which can precisely control the distance between the two plates of the forceps and the angle between the forceps plate and the vertical direction, so as to realize the manipulation of the droplets.
