At the background of global tourism e-commerce, the development of tourism economy is becoming the hot point of world's economic and social evolution. It is also a must for China to develop tourism e-commerce industry under the framework of vigorously accelerating tertiary industry. Modern tourism is no longer a simple activity relying on traditional travel agents for completing tourism trade. It's in favor of more colorful online experience. Now it has become more convenient, authentic and transparent for customers to buy travel service. Take two famous travel websites Qunar and Uzai in China as example, this paper research on the business model of them, analyze their market positioning, profit model, market value and their main business. At the end of the article, development trend of China tourism e-commerce is discussed to provide a reference for other tourism e-commerce websites.
