Career satisfaction is the subjective criteria for judging the professional managers' success. MBA education's goal is to cultivate professional managers for enterprises. This paper uses empirical methods to discuss MBA education' effect on professional managers' career satisfaction, and takes psychological capital as a mediating variable to investigate the mechanism between MBA education and professional manager's career satisfaction. The results show that MBA education has a significant influence on professional managers' career satisfaction, and psychological capital partly mediates the relationship between MBA education and professional managers' satisfaction. Conclusions suggest that MBA education should pay attention to psychological capital's training and promoting, which can promote the professional managers' career satisfaction.
