Exploration of Dual Organization in Internal Management of NGO

摘要

The development of NGO indicates the status of society development, which makes the management problems of internal NGO becoming increasingly prominent during its developing process. All the problems need to be solved urgently to make the internal management perfect in terms of the importance and the speciality of NGO. And establishing dual organization is a very effective way for radical innovation for the survival of not only enterprises in the long run but also the NGOs. So to establish this kind of organization and to cope with all the problems that would be produced are the key issues of NGO’s development. This paper will apply the dual organization into the management of NGO, the three-dimensional community, and put forward the ideas and proposals of solving the might problems of NGO's dual management by analyzing its main characters, providing a possible way for its sustainable development.
